Clinching - the green assembly method

The Kombi line is a complete set of building blocks that can be put together to meet the most demanding requirements of line builders and integrators

Both the fixed C-frame variants and the articulated ones have the following common

Key features
  • Based on ATTEXOR, Inc.'s and ATTEXOR Tools' unique double-stroke clinching technology
  • Choice of 35 kN and 50 kN force units
  • High pressure oil circuit for compactness
  • Closed oil circuit to eliminate the risks for oil spills
  • Operated through one or two handles with safety triggers, foot pedal or interfaced to a cell or line controller
  • Hydraulic hose package with robust protection against wear and tear
  • Air-over-oil booster to be connected to a source of clean and dry compressed air at 87 psi, 6 bar
  • Complete logic valve package for clinching cycle control without operator involvement
Unique qualities
Particularly interesting is the universal rectangular tool kit geometry which can handle total thickness from below 0.030", 0.75 mm to 0.160", 4 mm, without any changes, a possibility only offered by ATTEXOR, Inc. and ATTEXOR Tools.
